Great Britain is an a catholic country. It has lots of different and interesting traditions.In UK people celebrate Christmas on the 25th of December.Also they don't have holidays on Christmas (they have a holiday only on the 25th). They have beautiful Christmas markets.When you are walking through these markets, there are the smell of mulled wine and different tasty cupcakes with funny pictures on it.People also have an a very uplifting and fairy tale tradition.Carol Singing.Carols were songs performed with dancing at Christmas and other festivals. They were often sung outside houses by fantastically-dressed actors called Mummers.Many of today's carols have been written since 19th century as Christmas hymns celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ.
