Every worker must know about the quality of his work. He is often under pressure of the amount of the salary. And the job often requires hard work. So people want to have money for their achievments. And where we can take achivements, if worker doesn't want to work. It is really strange, especially in popular factories. But, for example, Stakhanov's movement showed the result of the quality. Of course, it's difficult to succeed positive reviews from state jobs. So, they got their "Quality" papers after hard job. And workers can succeed it physically or mentally. But what about experience? It is difficult to say, because it is under big unfluence of the quality of your job. Especially, it is difficult for beginners to begin hard job. One resolution: take an easier one.
