I have been planning it since 6th form and now I'm looking forward to take an amazing gap year.- where will you go? what countries will you visit? — I want to go Europe. I would like to visit Portugal, Spane, Sweden. Then I want to go to Russia. — Oh. It's so great. Good idea, my friend! I hope to see you soon, when you are in Russia (может немножко примитивненько, но в принципе сойдет)
