If I had a chance to open my own restaurant, it would be Chinese restaurant, because I was always interested in China and its cuisine. Moreover I think my business would be successful due to the popularity of oriental food such as japanese, korean and, of course, chinese. My restaurant would be located right in the city centre in the big hall, decorated in the oriental style. Its name would be "Golden Dragon", and to my mind, the decorations of red, golden and yellow colours would be very suitable there.You know, the three main criteria for good Chinese food are colour, aroma and taste. The menu would include such famous dishes like Peking duck, fried rice, meat roastings, shark's fin soup and other seafood dishes, that are highly acclaimed for its artful use of seasonings and spice.This Chinese restaurant would provide not only tasty food and good service, but it would also learn the visitors the traditions and customs of the foreign country such China.
