Dear Madam, My name is Carol Albert and I am writing to you about the advertisement in today's newspaper for the post of hotel receptionist. I have left school and at present I study/am studying hotel catering at night school. My typing is good and I also speak two languages, English and Spanish. I am taking courses in Computer Studies, Accounting and Office Management and I feel that these courses will give me a lot of experience for the post you are advertising.
