Написать сочинение могу ли отказать от компьютера?

Nowadays lots on teenagers addicts to their computers. It takes us a lot of time to look throw all our favourite sites. As for me, I use computer not only for entertainment, but for useful things to. It helps me to do my homework, to find interesting stuff, etc. To my mind, computer can be useful thind if we'll use it with our mind. We shouldn't spend hours in front pf our PC's and it becomes the good assistant. If I try, I can be independent of my PC, but I think it's hard to keep myself in hands and not to sit in social networks instead of useful activities. So, my idea is that everyone can refuse from computers, but they are very useful in different eareas of our life. And if they are useful, is it necessary to refuse them?
