The moon is a natural satellite that travels around the Earth.As soon as the moon moves ,it seems to change shape.But it doesn't change shape.It has no light of its own.When we see the moon we see sun light reflects off it. We can see the moon only if the light part of the moon turns towards the Earth. Duting the full moon,the light part of the moon turns towards the Earth.There is no air on the moon.And it is very hot in the daytime on it. It appears to have no life.Many people wanted to learn more about the moon.long ago,people used only their eyes to look at the moon.They couldn't see the moon`s land clearly. Later,a telescope was invented .Since then,people use telescope to study the moon.
